Dengjiu AI provides high-speed API gateway routing, multiplexing, and consumption aggregation for premier AI models (including GPT-5.6 Sol/Terra, Claude Opus 5, Claude Sonnet 5, Grok 4.5, Codex Spark, and high-concurrency pools). All API requests sent through our platform are routed dynamically according to user account configurations and token quotas.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities, charges, and API requests executed under your API key.
4. Payment, Subscriptions & Token Quotas
4.1 Pricing: All service fees and credit packages are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partner, Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
4.3 Subscriptions & Recurring Billing: Monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of sign-up unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the customer billing dashboard.
4.4 Usage Calculations: Token consumption is measured and billed according to published model token rates. In case of unexpected connection interruptions, billing is recorded according to actual tokens streamed by upstream foundation providers.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, transmit, or facilitate illegal, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material;
- Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of any third party;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our gateway infrastructure or upstream AI endpoints;
- Circumvent account quotas, security boundaries, or rate limiters.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke API access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Dengjiu AI, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational downtime arising from your use of the Service.
