2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Subscriptions
If you subscribe to any of our monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and are unsatisfied with the service, or encounter technical incompatibilities with your workflow, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, provided that the included API credit balance has not been substantially consumed (less than 20% token usage).
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your active subscription at any time with a single click inside your billing console or by emailing support@dengjiuwanle.com.
3.2 Immediate Effect: Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles. Your remaining API balance will stay active until the end of your current paid billing period.
3.3 No Cancellation Fees: There are never any termination penalties, cancellation fees, or lock-in contracts.
4. Pay-As-You-Go Credit Packs
One-time prepaid credit pack purchases ($10, $25, $50, $100) are refundable for any unconsumed portion within 7 days of purchase. Once tokens are consumed through API requests to third-party upstream foundation models, the corresponding consumed value is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please send an email with the following details to support@dengjiuwanle.com:
- Your registered account email address;
- Stripe payment receipt number or transaction ID;
- Brief description of the reason for your refund request (to help us improve our services).
Refund requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
